Is anyone else have issues with using “On Demand” with the Spectrum app for Samsung TVs?

Both the Samsung and Spectrum Service Reps have problem-solved my issue and they believe my issue is caused by the app itself.

    Are you getting an error message when attempting to view any on-demand content and are you experiencing this on any other devices?
