Why does this crappy app buffer ALL the time when I'm casting it to my TV?

Feel like we are paying for a complete worthless service as it buffers more than plays what I'm trying to watch, if we wanted a box we would have selected that service. We chose this one because I just really wanted the local channels. Super frustrated and angry!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing buffering with the APP while casting to your TV. Have you tried to log out of the app, reboot the modem and router and re-try to see if the same issue is occurring?
