5G keeps disappearing

Our 5G network option keeps disappearing. When I go to support, I get a message: Maintenance in progress. We’re experiencing a temporary issue and are working on fixing it as soon as we can. This maintenance has been going on for at least a month. Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi and welcome!

    Are you referring to the 5g on your home network from the modem? Where specifically are seeing the Maintenance in progress message?
