High ping and latency

Does anyone know how to login to the spectrum model model = e31t2v1? I want to check the moca signal menu page for SNR and error counts. Randomly throughout the day I have dropped connection and pings in 200ms-300ms. Rebooting modem fixes it temporarily.

    Hello @Blues!

    Unfortunately that particular modem doesn't have remote or gui login access. When you've rebooted the modem previously did you happen to disconnect the coax cable from the modem as well? If not, can you try unplugging it again and this time unscrew the cable from the connector on the back of the modem as well for about 20 seconds. Let us know if you're still dropping connection after that.
