TV apps are not recognizing my channels that I have access to

In the last few weeks, some of my tv apps (nbc, cbs, hgtv, bravo, abc, etc.) are not authorizing my access correctly. I am on my home spectrum network and I can authenticate successfully, however, the apps don't recognize that i have access to the channels as part of my subscription. The apps such as CNN, Showtime, HBO work successfully and the Spectrum app works. It is only some of the external TV apps.

I have submitted a ticket with Discovery GO and they point to Spectrum as being the issue. I have called Spectrum 3 times to try and get this resolved with no success.

Does anyone have this issue or ideas about what the problem could be? I have deleted/installed the apps, rebooted my modem/router several times, etc. and nothing works to fix this problem.

    There was a known issue impacting partner apps. The issue has been resolved. If you are still having trouble signing in, please let us know.
