How do I get my coaxial cable moved?

Just moved into a new rental spot, and the only coax hookup is right by our bed, and Id like to have it in the living room. We dont own a TV and only use spectrum for internet and we want to have the coax hookup for the modem/router in the living room instead of right by our heads while we sleep. Also, it being in another room, it has to go thru 3 walls to get to living room and the speed lags. How do I go about getting a new coax installed?

Hello @sunnyvalley13 and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

That's a great question and it would take ordering a professional install (for the new coax outlet) by calling our billing specialists at 1-855-707-7328 to set that up for you.

Thanks for jumping into the Community :)
