I need a billing statement with my name, phone number and billing dates

I am trying to update my Cash App and Venmo accounts with a new cell phone number I got from Spectrum. I assume the previous owner of my new cell phone number registered their accounts using this number. The Cash App and Venmo folks are asking me for a billing statement that includes my name, the cell phone number and dates.

    Welcome to our community! We would have limited access to mobile accounts here through the community, but if you call our mobile team directly at 1-833-224-6603​​​​​, they would be able to email you a copy of your mobile billing statement.
