Spectrum TV recognizes old DVRs but not the one I actually have

I had been using the Spectrum TV app with a few different Arris boxes (they would fail, and I'd bring them in to exchange). I had had 3 different DVRs linked to my Spectrum TV app at one time.

I recently got a Spectrum 201 digital box and I cannot get it to show up in the app so I can schedule recordings. I've reset the box, reinstalled the app, and reset the modem. Doesn't work with the Spectrum page either.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    It can take a few days for the cable box to show up on the app to setup recordings. If it has been beyond that time frame it can be something with the app. You can try to reset the modem/router to see if that helps.
