How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

C-DVR- slight pause

I keep getting a slight pause every 10 seconds during playback, tried reset many times, also delte app and reinstall, but still same issue. Please advise. Im on Apple TV 4K

    Can you provide your city, state, and zip, so that our moderators can see if there is a problem in your service area?

    Is the pause only on certain channels? or all channels? Have the recordings completed on the channels that have the pausing issue or is content still being recorded?

    When did the problem start? Any power outages or bad weather in your area?

    Theres a slight pause on playback on the cloud DVR on all recordings, after the show has been recorded. TBH the problem has been for awhile now, more so since the last update.

    Can you also try restarting the modem and then test the cDVR playback again?

    ok.. same issue.. looks like its on Bravo recording and History Channel recordings

    If you rewatch a recording does it freeze in the exact same place every time? Do you have other devices you can test to see if the same happens on them?

    no error code. Im going to try a new HDMI cable
