Can't manage my dvr from

When I go to and click on DVR I get the following error message.

DVR Info Unavailable on This Device

Please view and manage your recordings from your Spectrum Receiver.

Reference Code: WRDV-1000

what do I need to do to fix it? I have tried to reboot and that did no work.

I have the Spectrum 200 box.

Every thing else works.

    Most likely the box you have does not work with the remote DVR manager. You can set up recordings but to manage them you would need to do that on the box itself.
