How do I set the "power on channel" on my Samsung TV

    Hello Welcome,

    That would be controlled by the cable box settings, not the Smart TV remote. Use your CATV remote.

    Depending on the guide software running on your box, there should be an option in Settings called "Power on Channel." If you are running the I-Guide software, the power on channel can not be changed.

    Check your guide version by going to Google and search for "What guide do I have?", Spectrum. First result or so will be a site where you enter your address and zip code to review the cable box guides for your area.
