Is the cell phone network having issues in Central Florida? I have no cell service now.

I have little to no cell phone service in my business area, where I had service before yesterday. My phone is set to active roaming, but it can't complete calls. The Verizon message I get says that my call cannot be completed and that I am roaming. This should not be an issue. But something is wrong as my calls and texts will not go through and I can only receive a call for a moment before it is dropped. I have re-started my phone multiple times. I use my phone for business - Please Help!

    There are no known issues that are currently being reported. Is this happening for a specfic number or have you tried calling different numbers as well?

    It just started happening yesterday afternoon after a storm went through DeLand FL. It doesn't matter what number I call or text. My texts don't go through. My calls sporadically go through but are dropped in seconds. I receive some calls but they are also dropped in seconds. Most often when I try to call out, I receive the automated message: Welcome to Verizon wireless. Please hold while you are connected to an external operator to place your call. But then it never connects to anyone. I have re-started my phone numerous times.
