Router's Assigned DNS Not Responding ...

The router's assigned DNS servers are not responding to any DNS requests. This is causing issues with my systems who are "assigned" DNS server addresses via DHCP.

Is there a way to change the DNS server addresses assigned to the router?

    Hello @MBurns83

Welcome to our community! Our equipment does not offer the ability change the DNS. If that is a customization that you would need, customers are able to use their own routers, which would allow them full control. If you do choose to use your own router, no activation is needed, but I would recommend calling in to 855-707-7328 to let us know so that the $5 monthly WiFi charge can be removed from the account for you.
