App does not open on Amazon Fire

Replaced my modem and router and not Spectrum TV APP no longer opens on Amazon Fire tablet and Chromebook. Both get error DGE-1001. Have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled app.

New modem- Netgear CM-500

New router- TP-LINK DECO 4

    I'm sorry to hear about the app issues. When you rebooted, did you reboot just the devices themselves or did you reboot the modem and router as well?

    I just rebooted the tablet since all the other apps are working.

    Can you log out of the app, reboot the modem/router and then reopen the app and see if there is any change with the app.

    After rebooting the modem and router the app is working on the tablet and Chromebook.
