Zero bars within Spectrum advertised area... repeated problem

I live north of San Antonio. I repeatedly have literally 0 bars on my phone. The phone displays dots, not bars, and I have no internet access, and cannot make or receive phone calls or text messages. I am on the border of the 5G coverage and well within the 4G coverage map. All day long where I work, I cannot use my phone. Why is this? I did NOT have this problem with AT&T.

    Hi @Jgreen, welcome to our community!

    Will you please try turning off your phone, removing and reinserting the SIM card, then turn it back on? If that doe not fix the issue please try resetting your devices network settings.
