Home DVR and Spectrum DVR app don’t sync

The Spectrum TV app doesn't sync with the DVR in my cablebox. it shows no scheduled recordings (there are a lot) and shows older recordings thqt are no longer on the DVR. Is this normal behavior? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and there is no change. Thanks!

    Hello. At this time the recordings on the Cloud DVR and your cable box do not sync. If you set something via the app or via your cable box it will only be on one or the other unless you set it to record on both.
