Visual Voicemail not working

I’ve been trying to find someone competent enough to fix my voicemail issue. I’ve been trying for over 24 hrs to resolve the issue and all I get from spectrum customer service agents is a simple reset password or stumped individuals with know idea how to fix the problem.

Basically what I gathered is that when I switched from Verizon to Spectrum my voicemail it is still stuck in Verizon’s port. When I get a voicemail I get a text message in code rather than a visual voicemail.

Secondly, I switched fromhave an iPhone when I try to access the voicemail settings it is not there and I cannot access anything further. The only way I can access my voicemail is calling manually to check it and following the prompt.

    Good morning and welcome to our community! Is this issue occurring on both phones or just one? If just one is it the iPhone SE or the iPhone 11?
