audio sync issue for on demand

Hello,

A small glitch/bug to report.

When I play any on demand title, after each commercial, the audio sync is off. Luckily I have found if I use the skip back button the sync corrects, however I need to do this after each commercial break!

    Hi and welcome!

    Typically, restarting the modem and the Roku device resolves most issues. You may need to also reinstall the app on Roku or restart the Roku from the settings menu.

    If the issue continues, let us know and include any error codes you are seeing as well.
