How to get support for voice issues when you don't have a phone?

Cell signal at my house is rather poor. I use Wifi Calling on my mobile device. But our home security relies on a POTS connection which we get through Spectrum. Sadly our house took a lightning strick on May 27. It has been a fiasco trying to get the phone working again (Below is the log of calls etc). Is there anyone who has had success getting a support person to resolve an issue even if your support call gets dropped? I really don't know how to proceed.

Good Afternoon. I think I was able to fix the issue. Can you please test your phone line and let me know if the issue is resolved?
