My outbound email stopped connecting

My outbound email stopped connecting on both my laptop (Outlook client) and on my iPhone (Mail client) earlier this week.

I have confirmed all settings are correct, including port numbers and URLs. I have changed nothing - they simply stopped sending. Receiving works.

Error from Outlook is this:

Task '[email protected] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: 554 cmsmtp blocked. Please see for more information. Verify the IP you’re connecting from, and check the IP address to ensure a reverse DNS entry exists for the IP. If the IP address is a Spectrum-provided email address, contact us.

Are you able to connect and send mail using
