Security Suite Full scan(length of time)

Hello, my security suite full scans are taking very long and longer
- From Wednesday, October 7, 2020, 3:00:03 AM - 9:38:07 AM around 7 hours when I switched to Spectrum and installed Security Suite:
Sunday, February 28, 2021 1:00:01 AM - 2:00:24 PM (UTC-05:00) about 13 hours
Sunday, September 12, 2021 1:00:01 AM - 4:13:41 PM (UTC-04:00) about 14 hours
Sunday, April 24, 2022 1:00:01 AM - 8:50:37 PM (UTC-04:00) almost 20 hours
Sunday, July 10, 2022 1:00:02 AM - 10:07:03 PM (UTC-04:00) almost 21 hours
And now
Sunday, August 7, 2022 1:00:02 AM - Monday, August 8, 2022 2:45:37 AM (UTC-04:00)
almost 27 hours!
Are these times normal? Any suggestions?? I haven't touched any settings, the settings have remained the same from my first scan till now.

That doesn't seem normal to me and should be faster. That said, it could be any number of things from your RAM utilization on the device, to a potential problem with the hard-drive, or at the very worst it could be malware. Are there other scans that happen in between the entries you shared with me? If so, do they show faster scans?
Another option is to visit our support page Security Suite Troubleshooting. There is good information on that page as well as other troubleshooting steps to try. I would test your hardware first.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you using our Security Shield or another Security package?
I'm using the Spectrum Security Suite for Windows.
Thanks for the help I went to the Security Suite Troubleshooting and it suggested making an FSDIAG FILE., I'm going to send an FSDIAG file to support, maybe they can figure out why the full scans are taking longer and longer. The quick scan feature works very well, just the full scan is a little bit troublesome.
