When on a cruise, I can receive emails from Spectrum account but I am unable to respond those emails

    @Travelmama Sorry that you were not satisfied with Tyleens answer. If you are only having a problem sending emails while on the cruise it indicates the problem is with the internet connection there and not the email service itself. There are many things that can cause it such as security/firewall settings which we have no control over since it is not our internet. All we can recommend is trying to send your email through webmail or contacting whatever support the cruise provides for their internet service.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    It can depend on the type of internet service you are using. If the internet is considered out of country the service may not work fully.
