How do I resolve error code ACE4?

My cable box is showing an error code of ACE4. Not sure what to do.

    Hello and welcome to the community! Have you tried rebooting the cable box by unplugging the power from the back of the box, waiting 1 minute and reconnecting the power. The box may take up to five minutes to complete the reboot. Let me know if the issue is still happening after the reboot.
