I need help with my router

My router is not working, the power light won't even light up. The lights where the ethernet cable is connected are blinking.

I tried to restart the router from my spectrum account but I only find the option to "restart manually"

I don't have good signal on my phone to use it for calls or connect to the live chat to request help and the computer I am using right now is not able to load the live chat.

I was looing for a support email but couldn't find it. I am not able to use either live chat or call support, can you help me?

    No, still the same issue.

    My modem is connected, the router is not working.

    Good afternoon @MariselaL

    Are you able to manually reboot the router? Unplug the power for about 30 seconds and plug back in. If you can reboot the modem and the router at the same time it would give both a clean slate to work from.
