How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

PORT FORWARD 554

I have a security camera installed. It is hardwired to my Spectrum Router (SAX1V1K).
Despite an IP reservation and I've port forwarded 554 using the TCL+UDP protocol. This was configured with the Spectrum app. I wish I could access router directly.
The problem to the outside world port 554 is still showing closed.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @JPDICE, welcome to our community!
I was able to locate your account from your community registration and see the IP you have reserved, but the port was only set to forward as UDP. I have updated it to TCP+UDP. If that did not help please try rebooting the router and then test again.
Thanks! I had tried TCP+UDP and that did not seem to work.
This is the IP address of the camera :::Edited,RS:::. Would love to see if you can connect to it externally.
I have not been able to do that.
