I had the pleasure of speaking with a representative this evening by the name of Schyler, who was able to clear many questions involving new service I’m interested in as well as services I found to be apart of a promotion added to my account that was saving me money while giving me better services! I’ve attempted to find surveys to complete to give this employee the best possible chance at appreciation and recognition, but will have to wait till corporate opens Monday. This persons service and professionalism deserves more recognition than anyone can give on a forum but it is a start nonetheless. If anyone gets the pleasure of dealing with her be sure to give your recognition, as such qualities just don’t exist as often today.
