I have chanaged Banks and need to give Spectrum the new information and pay my bill

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    You can update your bank information for your bill pay on the My Spectrum app. If you are having issues there you can call in to 1-855-707-7328 to speak with the regular services billing team or 1-833-224-6603 to speak with the Spectrum Mobile billing team.
