I am a current customer.
I have tried over two years ago and tried here and there and tried again last night and Spectrum.com does not recognize my address, it claims it does not service my address. Its a large apartment complex how could it not recognize it especially when I already have service!
I dread calling in because its never a positive or productive experience the last time I had to call in was when moving as I could not do as it did not recognize the address. I really do not want to call and have to deal with questions such as "what programs to you like to watch," or "what do you like to do online?" They get offended if I don't answer. Just cut to the chase and tell me the packages and dollar amount! I don't need questioned as if I don't know what channels I want or Internet speed I want. I know what I want I just need the details not someone asking me to name off programs and websites. The last time I asked to just hear the prices they refused and insisted I answer the idot test.
Looked all over for an email address to email support and could not find one anywhere on the site also the chat is useless it says they do not service my address and to call that movers service thing to find out who services it. Tried asking new question and clicking on new customer but it still bounces back the no service message.
Do I really have to call in? I rather get a tooth pulled!

I'm sorry for the trouble with our website. We do not have any support options via email. All I can recommend is entering your address in the exact same format as it appears on Google maps. If that does not work you will need to call in. The apartment may have community services or a bulk service agreement and the website would not be able to provide accurate pricing information.
