How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?
Spectrum TV App Supported Devices
Why does spectrum app block advanced settings of router? I need port 554 opened.

need to port forward 554 and its still saying its blocked tcp and udp. have tried EVERYTHING you allow. (dictator).
didn't have problem when I used my own router! now that I can't use my router anymore as a primary (which is bs) you have no tech settings available for me to program a specific (DMZ) Ip address to be accessible to the web. How can I get this done as I need this port open, and it's blocked at Isp level. or do I need to go back to using another isp and my own modem/router

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.
The newer routers we use do have limits as to the specific settings that can be adjusted. You can go to this link to get information on how to adjust the various settings.
I am not sure what you mean about no longer allowing you to have your own router. You are welcome to purchase and use your own router with our internet service. You just need to make sure it is compatible with the level of service you have. For example some older router models top out at 100 download speeds and our base speed is 200 so you would need to make sure of the specifications.
