If my cable TV service is on seasonal hold and I am using Roku from another location, can I still access (stream) the Spectrum app and all the other apps that require me to sign in via my TV provider?

Good afternoon and welcome to the Spectrum Community, @Romy
You will have limited access to your services. Here is the support page that explains everything but in a nutshell it is pretty limited while on Seasonal.
