Trouble with bill pay

Have tried multiple times to pay my bill on the app and keep getting different error messages. Tried logging in on a computer - same thing. Tried calling to pay my bill - same issue. How am I suppose to pay my bill if nothing works for me to process my payment? I'll probably be charged a late fee as well since I have no way to pay it 🙄

    Sorry for any issues. There are currently known issues with bill pay and these messages will usually resolve in a few hours. If the issue continues, please try changing the password used to access your account. If you are still unable to access bill pay in the next 24-48 hours, please let us know.
