How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

Cannot Receive Emails on Cell Phone Unless Connected To Home wi-fi...Spectrum
When away from home I send an email from my phone and it fails to send it.
I'm using Typeapp for the email client. I use Tello for phone service,
I've narrowed it down- Typeapp nor Tello is the problem. I've talked to Tello, Typeapp and Spectrum with no resolution.
I got to reading the whole error message and it says this:
"Failed to send some messages 554
I am p o u t 0 0 9. Msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp 172.58.227.67 is listed on cloudmark CSI-global. Please visit csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset?
IP equals 172.58.227.67 AUP#Out-1200"
When I clicked on "csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset" it took me to a page where I could ask to have my IP reset. It seems that my IP has been deemed a global threat and CSI has blocked it. 😖
Go to that site and see if you can unblock yours.
I don't know if this is going to fix the problem so I'll wait and see.
Funny that Spectrum doesn't tell us that our IP may be blocked. 🤔

Hi!
When you say "away of home", do you mean using mobile data or local wifi, or do you mean out of the country or overseas? Access to Spectrum email is blocked when out of the country, for security reasons.
Using who.is, the ip address that you listed (172.58.227.67) is registered to T-Mobile USA, so we would not be able to assist with any issues with that particular IP address.
If the email is working using Spectrum webmail, then the issue lies in the third party email client you are using.
"Away from home" means I am down the street at the grocery store.
I started using a VPN and when it is on and I am "away from home" I still cannot send emails.
Now it just gives me a different IP number.
TYPEAPP is the email client I use. I tried a different app and it wouldn't send emails either.
I even sent an email from my phone using my Gmail account and it wouldn't send either.
Are you saying since my phone's IP is not Spectrum you cannot help?
Correct, the IP address is registrered to T-Mobile. We have no access or permisisons for IP addresses registered to another company, you would need to contact T-Mobile for assistance.
Are you able to send and receive email from Spectrum webmail?
Yes, I can send and receive email on the Spectrum webmail site ONLY on my laptop.
I cannot try it on my phone as the print is tiny.
What does this mean, do you know...?
"omg - so the problem ended up being completely unrelated to ip addresses.
Turns out the source email domain did not have DKIM and SPF properly configured! Got that setup in the domains DNS and once that change propogated around mail began to be delivered once again"
Even with Straight Talk I still couldn't send any emails. Got error messages. Same with Gmail app- won't send it.
I let this problem go a long time. Then I was in need of sending an email while at work away from home and it wouldn't send it.
If email is working on Spectrum Webmail, then the mailbox is active and authenication is working.
Next steps would be to troubleshoot the device(s) being used and the third party email client.
