Can't Connect My Apple Watch to Cellular/Phone Upgrade

I have seen multiple posts about this, but when going to connect my apple watch to Cellular, I provide my login and password, it gives me the error message " The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again"

I have reset my password twice to try and troubleshoot this and it still does not work.

3 days ago I switched my carrier from At&t to Spectrum, so I am not sure if this is the reason, but I am able to log in to the Spectrum app and Spectrum online.

My phone is also eligible for upgrade and I was told I had to wait 24 hours after switching carriers to upgrade my phone.

It has now been 3 days and I get a 'Server Error' message when I try to complete the phone upgrade order.

This is quite frustrating,

    Have you tried contacting Spectrum Mobile directly (1-833-224-6603) ? The mobile agents would be the best contacts for upgrade questions. If the issue is still unresolved, please let us know.
