Trying to add cellular to my apple watch via apple watch app.

When i try to login to the spectrum mobile using the apple watch app yo add cellular to my watch i get a message that says “the info you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again.” I have double checked the login and password. I have changed the password several time via this page. I have verified the username. I have typed it a thousand ways. I am so frustrated that i am going to leave spectrum because i have called, chat botted,,,everything i can think of with no help!!!! What is the problem here???

    This usually suggests there is an account issue that needs to be resolved. For mobile assistance, we recommend calling 1-833-224-6603 to speak with the mobile department directly.
