What is IDID-3210 error code on My Spectrum App?

I cannot sign onto the My Spectrum app. Using the desktop computer to login I have no problems. But the mobile app gives and error message IDID-3210. I've tried changing my password and I get the same error.

    Have you recently purchased a new mobile device or perhaps attempted to access the app on a network that is not your home network?

    No, just trying to open the app on a phone that has been used before. My saved login was deleted and had to re-login.

    It's working now for some reason.
