Not able to access DVR on spectrum app

I have been unable to access any of my recording on my app which is for Android. I can't find it listed anywhere on my app. I have the app updated and there are recordings on my associated DVR device.

    Hi @Chrisss8541, welcome to our community!

    Unfortunately content recorded on a regular DVR cannot be viewed through the Spectrum TV app, that content is saved on drive in the DVR and can only be viewed locally. You can still use the app to manage recordings for the DVR.

    We do offer a Cloud DVR service which will allow you to schedule recordings that save to a cloud and then view them back on any device with the Spectrum TV app or at SpectrumTV.com.
