Suspicious Text Message

Just got a text message that says:

"Spectrum: We have upgdraded our billing system. Your account number has changed. For more info, go to [edited]"

I of course have not clicked on the link since this seem suspicious. Am I right?

    Hi & welcome!

    We are in the final stages of migrating accounts to a new billing system, which means a new account number has been assigned. The link you received is because you have set your preferences to receive text messages. If you want to be certain, you can also log in to the My Spectrum App or spectrum.net and review any updated account information. I edited the link you provided to protect your privacy.
