How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

When I go to watch.spectrum.com and click on DVR I get the following error message.
DVR Info Unavailable on This Device
Please view and manage your recordings from your Spectrum Receiver.

I have always used this functionality, and it was working earilier this week.
Why did it stop working, and what do I have to do to fix it?

Hi!
There are no current knwon issues with DVR mangement. Have there been any recent changes to the account? Have you tried restarting the DVR and the modem?
