Everytime I callout I get "you have entered a restricted code" I have called multiple times and reset my box and still nothing works! please help!

Welcome to the Community! Does this happen every time you call out? We had a customer who had this issue and it was resolved by calling Spectrum and they made some adjustment on the account to get Spectrum Voice service working again. Here is that link:
You might need to call from a different phone, such as your cellphone, and let the rep know about this Digital Phone "Restricted Code" message.
