How do I allow mail from safe senders even though their domain is blocked?

Mail from safe senders is being blocked because their domain is blocked. I seems that safe senders list should be checked before the blocked domain list. That isn't happening. Specifically, [email protected] email is being blocked because gmail.com is on the domain block list due to excessive spam that isn't being caught by the spam filters.

Hi @ua549, welcome to our community!

I'm not aware of any way to make individual exceptions to a domain block, I can definitely forward feedback about including that feature! For now I would recommend marking the emails that are making it through as spam so that our system can learn to recognize them as spam in the future, and then setting up keyword filters instead of blocking gmail.com. A large portion of spam mail is marketing similar products or services which are great targets for keyword filters. You could also use the filter options provided by a 3rd party mail client which may not have the same limitations.
