Received e-mail stating November was not paid by the bank. October was paid. Nothing changed at the bank. What is the problem. Just saw the problem listed on your website. Tell me why this is the bank's fault.

Payments can be returned for a variety of reasons, but we are not always supplied with a return code or specific details on why the payment was returned to us. I would recommend reaching out to your bank directly as they would be able to provide more details on why they returned the payment to us.
