    Welcome @9daystoWait,

    Need more details to assist. Please describe the programing that was added, dropped, or changed, For example:

    1.) Was a station added or dropped that you did not expect to happen? Or

    2.) Was an unathorized change processed to your account?

    For number 1:

    1.) Spectrum, like all TV vendors has no control over programing. They only provide the station.

    2.) Possible that a contract was not renewed by Spectrum for the station in question.

    For number 2:

    1.) Contact Spectrum concerning unathorized changes to your account such as premium channel adds, or services that you did not order.

    2.) Pin numbers can be set up on the CATV boxes to prevent unathorized ordering of premium channels or On Demand content.
