I got a email a few weeks ago and just got another one today that says. We have been trying the reach you we have identified a issue that could affect your service. You may not be experiencing it now a future service disruption can be avoided by scheduling a service appointment today. I have not done anything because it doesn't say what the issue is with and it just seems odd. Anyone know what this might be? It's a real email from Spectrum.

    Hello @Korona165,

Spectrum from time to time does routine maintience and when they notice something that is out of sync they will send out a notice like that. Now, just to make sure that it is legit, if you are interested in setting up an appointment, call Spectrum at the number on your billing statement and mention that letter. They will be able to varify it and set up the service call .

You don't have to do anything if your service is OK. That's up to you..

    Satch
