Unable to install wifi ceritificate - Samsung Flip4 - App version 10.22.0

I just moved from AT&T to spectrum, trying to install the wifi certificate as it appears to be required to join a Spectrum Wifi Hotspot. I've seen numerous articles saying to install the certificate from the app, under account settings. The version of the software I have (10.22.0) does not have account settings. If I click the person icon on the top right I go to "Your Account". This has the following options:

View Account Info

Update Your Info

Manage People

View Plan Details

And under Settings -

Set Notifications

Change Sign In and Security Info

No option to install certificates.

If you're a Spectrum Internet subscriber and you don't see Install WiFi Profile under Settings under Your Account, then that indicates that it's still temporarily not available for Android but it should be sooner or later.

How does that help when one of the selling points is the ability to use wifi when out and about and near a Spectum hot spot location?

    Hello @RVSpinX

Welcome to our community! What type of Android device are you using and what version of Android is it running?

As noted in the post question, I am using a Samsung Flip4. I am running Android 12.

I'm sorry, @HT_Greenfield has the correct answer. There is a known issue with the app on some devices so the button is temporarily disabled. It looks the same on my own device. Developers are working to re-add this back in with an update soon. You can still utilize the hotspots by connecting to the network and entering your username and password. If there is both Spectrum and Spectrum Free Trial, use the Free Trial one.
