Do you want to add TV service or internet service?
If you already subscribe to Spectrum Cable TV there would a monthly charge to rent another Set Top Box and unless there's a working coaxial cable already installed, a cost to install a new cable
However, you could get an external basic Roku device for less than $30 and use the Spectrum TV App at no charge. You'll get the channels you currently subscribe to. Plus, the Roku uses Wi-Fi connectivity so no coaxial cable to the TV is required. Be aware that that the TV would not have a DVR
