Question about mobile plans

Went on the website to try to adjust my plan. I get an error message everytime:

"service unavailable we're sorry, something didn't work quite right. please refresh the page to try again."


So I called. Waited on hold for about 30min. After about 15min on the phone with the agent, they came to the conclusion "Call back tomorrow"


Is the system down or is Spectrum just messing with me?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. At this time you would not be able to remove services or add certain services via our Website. I am very sorry our agent was unable to help out when you called. I do recommend calling us again at  1-855-707-7328 from 7 AM to 11 PM. Please let us know if you are still unable to make the requested changes so we can investigate this further.
