How can I pause and rewind live TV using the Spectrum TV app?

I use a Roku and every few days WTNH comes in broken up. It's the only channel to do this.

    Thank you for letting us know. Do you notice it on any specific program or any time through the day it is having trouble? If you reboot the modem when it happens, does it clear up? Even for a bit?

    It is anytime during the day. Only some days, most days are ok.

    Please try rebooting the modem and router and let us know if the issue persists.

    Unfortunately, today it is pixelating a little. I tried it also on my iphone with the spectrum app but it was the same as on the ROKU.

    I did try to restart the modem but it didn't change anything.

    Please try restarting the Roku from the settings menu and let us know if the issue continues.

    I restarted the ROKU from the menu, but it still pixelates some.

    It was also pixelating on my iPhone using the Spectrum app.

    Are you testing while close to the app? Will you please run a speed test and share your results?

    I think the problem is with the station's simulcast feed to Spectrum. Especially if it's also happening there with Rewind TV channel 187. All of my local ABC broadcast affiliate's ABC and sub-channel video started dogging it yesterday, coincidentally enough, via Spectrum cable as well as the Spectrum TV app as well as watch.spectrum.net as well as off the air!

    My speed test was 321 down and 11.1 up.

    I think HT_Greenfield is on the right track.

    Next time you notice this issue can you view it on both your phone and Roku simultaneously and try to see if breaks up at the exact same moment in the exact same way? If it does I do agree it is probably a feed issue.
