Connect to inhome wifi

After a long power outage, I’m now unable to see several channels on the Spectrum app. I get the message “ please connect to Spectrum home wifi to connect”. I’m clearly on my home network, via the Spectrum modem, through my Netgear router, as always. I’ve rebooted everything. This is happening on multiple iOS devices. Verified that Spectrum is my tv provider in iOS. Any ideas?

update: the problem occurs with my Roku as well, on the Roku Spectrum app.

    It seems my issue has resolved itself. iOS and Roku apps are now showing all available Spectrum channels
