Having trouble getting email

First of all, I'm highly disappointed with the lack of support from a company we give so much of our money too. I just spent way too much time on the Spectrum web site trying to find a way to send a simple email to the company. This forum may be a great place but the company that takes your money deserves to make it easy to contact them. Anyway:

I'm having trouble getting email from my doctor's new web portal. After singing in, they want to confirm my email address- so they send a code to that address- but I never get it. I'm just wondering if my road runner (Spectrum) is blocking some accounts. I understand they might do that for confirmed spam but this is a doctor's portal! Since this is a public site I won't of course give the name of the doctor's portal- just want to know if this suspicion might be correct? I almost never get spam any more unlike many years ago when we all got dozens every day- so clearly, most email servers are blocking many spammers. But if this is the case, how the heck can I inform Spectrum about it- so they can check? Otherwise, doesn't Spectrum have a simple email or phone number to contact them? If not, I find it ludicrous.

    Have you checked your Spam/Junk mail for the medical portal email? That would be a good place to start.

    I spent too much time looking at that page. No phone numbers and no email address. There is a chat thing but it's useless. I asked a question- and got no response. Any normal company would have a phone number and email easily accessible. A real human would answer and direct the call or email to the correct support person. I did check spam folder- nothing there. I do recall some cases in the past where the company blocked emails that somebody thought might be spam- so that's a possibility. This lack of support is all because the company is a monopoly is most/all of its markets. I appreciate, though, this forum as it's a place to complain and I have gotten good support here. So, thanks for your suggestions, Satch.
