Experiencing extremely high ping and packet loss. Please help!

After hours and hours of troubleshooting and trying every possible fix from various forums, I am still experiencing high latency when playing World of Warcraft. A spectrum technician was even called out to inspect but was unable to find any issues with the connection. This issue is only really felt when playing any type of online video game. Here are the results from a pathping I ran. Not quite sure how to interpret these results but any help is greatly appreciated!

Your test seem to show the high ping starting very early. Can you connect directly to the modem, reboot it, and test again? If the ping is still high can you test with a different device?
